Private beta · East Tennessee Nazarene District

District management, built by Nazarenes, for Nazarenes.

One integrated suite for the things every Nazarene district already does — event registration, monthly attendance reporting, the church directory, and the leadership team page — without the spreadsheet duct tape.

Why we built this

Most districts run on a duct-taped stack: Eventbrite for one camp, a Google Form for another, a treasurer's PayPal account, a paper waiver, a clipboard at registration, an attendance report someone copies into a spreadsheet, and a leadership page that hasn't been updated since 2019.

Naz.tools is one integrated suite that respects how districts and churches actually operate: households register together, payments route to the correct entity, waivers are signed once and stored compliantly, monthly attendance reports flow in on time with automated reminders, and the district leadership page stays current because it's wired to a real directory.

It is built on real production use at one district — the East Tennessee Nazarene District — and we are opening a path for other districts to join.

About this beta

We are not yet selling Naz.tools. The system runs in production today at one district — East Tennessee — and we're using that experience to learn what other districts will need before we open the doors.

That means a few honest things:

  • Onboarding is invitation-only. We can only support a small number of additional districts in the next phase.
  • Migration is white-glove. We will help you get your events, members, and waivers in — by hand if we have to.
  • Pricing is to-be-determined. Beta districts will help us figure out what's fair.
  • Your data is yours. Full export, any time, no questions asked. See the FAQ.

If that sounds like the kind of arrangement your district is open to, we'd like to hear from you.
